Export of Food Products from Ukraine Reached $4 Billion in January-February 2026
In the first two months of 2026, Ukraine’s foreign trade turnover reached $21.3 billion. During this period, imports to the country amounted to $14.8 billion, while exports totaled $6.5 billion.

Main Import and Export Partners
Among the main countries from which Ukraine imported goods, China leads with $4 billion. Following are Poland at $1.4 billion and Turkey at $1.1 billion. In terms of exports, the largest amounts were sent to Poland ($713 million), Turkey ($563 million), and Italy ($428 million).
Structure of Imports and Exports
The structure of imports for January-February 2026 is dominated by:
- machines, equipment, and vehicles — $6 billion;
- fuel and energy products — $2.6 billion;
- chemical industry products — $2 million.
As for exports, the top three categories are:
- food products — $4 billion;
- metals and metal products — $589 million;
- machines, equipment, and transport — $532 million.
