How to Check Your Debts Online
To do this, you need to visit the official portal of the Unified Debtors Register. In the appropriate fields, you should enter your last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, and if necessary, your identification code.
After entering the data, the system instantly informs whether there are any enforcement proceedings against the user. If there are, the user gains access to detailed information:
- the name of the authority or the full name of the official who issued the enforcement document;
- the number of the enforcement proceeding;
- the basis for the collection (for example, fines, alimony, loans, other types of debts);
- contact details of the state or private executor, including email and phone number;
- account details for debt payment.
When to Use the Debtors Register
Checking information in the register is useful not only for personal control but also before entering into important agreements or collaborating with potential contractors or employees. This service will also be helpful for obtaining legal information or clarifying the status of an already known debt.
“The Unified Debtors Register is an open database where anyone can quickly find out about existing debts.”
