  • Asparagus — 300 g
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Eggs — 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream 20% — 200 g
  • Feta — 150 g
  • Salt — to taste

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

  1. First, cut the asparagus stalks in half. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the first sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter. Lay the next sheet perpendicularly to the first and brush it with butter as well. Repeat this process with two more sheets of dough. There is no need to brush the top layer.
  3. In a blender, combine the sour cream, feta, and eggs. Add salt if desired. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture over the prepared dough. Evenly distribute the asparagus on top.
