• mushrooms (champignons or wild) – 300 g;

Step-by-Step Cooking Process

Preparing the Mushroom Filling:
Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion into cubes. In a heated skillet, sauté the mushrooms with the onion in oil until they turn golden. Add a little salt. The filling should become soft with a pleasant aroma.
