  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Plums (halved and pitted; can be substituted with cherries, apples, or pears if desired)

All ingredients should be measured using the same cup — 200 ml or 250 ml, depending on the volume of your container.

Step-by-Step Method for Making Plum Pie

First, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy white mass forms at maximum mixer speed. Then reduce the speed and add the kefir (or sour milk) and oil (or cooled melted margarine), mixing everything thoroughly. Next, add the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder, and beat again until smooth. For added flavor, you can include vanilla extract.
