Where to obtain the technical passport from the Bureau of Technical Inventory in Kyiv
Kyiv residents can request the service by phone, online through the official Bureau of Technical Inventory website, in person at the office located at 4-V Tryokhsviatytelska Street, or at any ASC in the capital. It is also emphasized that the KP “Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory” does not have branches or representatives in other locations, and all technical passports are produced exclusively at the official office on Tryokhsviatytelska Street. Any enterprises with similar names operating at different addresses are not affiliated with the Kyiv City Council.
Reduction of costs and electronic processing system
According to Andriy Hudzi, the cost of producing technical passports has been reduced by 10–20% due to internal management changes, which have not affected the quality of services or compliance with legal standards. He reminded that “the prices for Bureau of Technical Inventory services depend solely on the execution timelines, so there is no point in turning to intermediaries and overpaying.”

The issuance of technical passports is carried out in accordance with current legislation using the Register of Construction Activities. All information about the inventory is immediately entered into the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction (EDESSB), which ensures the transparency and relevance of the data.
As a reminder, users of the state service “Diia” will receive automatic notifications if they are removed from their place of registration at the request of the property owner. To receive such notifications, personal data and the tax number must be entered into the Community Territorial Register.
In case of planning to sell an apartment, it is important to prepare a complete package of necessary documents in advance, as their absence may lead to delays or cancellation of the transaction. Before starting the process, it is also advisable to ensure there are no legal obstacles to the sale of the property.
