Dairy Product Production in Ukraine in 2025: Statistics for January-August
From January to August 2025, Ukrainian dairy processing enterprises produced 319 thousand tons of drinking milk and 226.9 thousand tons of fermented dairy products.

Production Volumes of Cheeses and Other Dairy Products
According to the State Statistics Service, 93.2 thousand tons of cheese (excluding processed cheese) were produced in Ukraine over the eight months of 2025. Additionally, the volume of skimmed milk powder reached 31.7 thousand tons.
Production of Butter and Cream
During the same period, butter production amounted to 50.8 thousand tons. As for cream, Ukrainian enterprises produced 12.9 thousand tons of cream with a fat content of up to 29% inclusive and 29.2 thousand tons of cream with a fat content exceeding 29%.
