Ministry of Agrarian Policy Allocates Quotas for Chicken Exports to the EU in 2025

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has allocated quotas for the export of meat and edible by-products of poultry, including chickens, ducks, geese, and guinea fowl, as well as their frozen whole carcasses, to the countries of the European Union for the year 2025. This decision was made in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1481, which defines the list of goods subject to licensing for export and import and establishes quotas for the current year.

Quotas for Ukrainian Poultry Exporters Until September 2025

The quotas among Ukrainian exporters have been distributed proportionally to the volumes of actual product supplies to the EU for January-April 2025. Until September 30, 2025, the main volumes of export quotas were allocated as follows:

• PrJSC “Myronivska Poultry Farm” – 11,540.56 tons (in parts) and 3,508.68 tons (whole);
• LLC “Vinnytsia Poultry Farm” – 7,321.58 / 2,225.98 tons;
• LLC “Dniprovskyi Poultry Complex” – 2,046.27 / 622.13 tons;
• LLC “AGRO-OVEN” – 422.63 / 128.49 tons;
• LLC “VVK GROUP” – 98.40 / 29.92 tons;
• FG “Ular” – 286.35 / 87.06 tons;
• LLC “AGROL” – 101.85 / 30.96 tons;
• LLC “RIVERSIDE GROUP” – 88.07 / 26.78 tons;
• LLC “UPG – Invest” – 822.29 tons (turkeys).

Quota Distribution for October-December and Reserve Volumes

For the period from October 1 to December 31, 2025, the export quotas have been distributed as follows:

• PrJSC “Myronivska Poultry Farm” – 8,655.42 / 2,631.51 tons;
• LLC “Vinnytsia Poultry Farm” – 5,491.19 / 1,669.49 tons;
• LLC “Dniprovskyi Poultry Complex” – 1,534.70 / 466.60 tons;
• LLC “AGRO-OVEN” – 316.98 / 96.37 tons;
• LLC “VVK GROUP” – 73.80 / 22.44 tons;
• FG “Ular” – 214.76 / 65.29 tons;
• LLC “AGROL” – 76.39 / 23.22 tons;
• LLC “RIVERSIDE GROUP” – 66.05 / 20.08 tons;
• LLC “UPG – Invest” – 616.71 tons (turkeys).

A separate reserve quota volume of 1,071 tons has been defined, which will be distributed among exporters who did not supply the specified products to the EU during January-April 2025:

• 612 tons – for the period until September 30;
• 459 tons – from October 1 to December 31, 2025.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1481 “On Approval of Lists of Goods Subject to Licensing for Export and Import and Quotas for 2025”, has allocated quotas for the goods “Meat and Edible By-Products of Poultry: Domestic Chickens (Gallus domesticus), Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowl” and “Meat and Edible By-Products of Poultry: Domestic Chickens (Gallus domesticus), Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowl, Whole, Frozen” for export to the countries of the European Union.
