The State Will Reimburse Up to 25% of Costs for Construction and Reconstruction of Farms

From October 1 to 20, applications are being accepted in the State Agricultural Register for state compensation for the construction and reconstruction of livestock farms. The program provides for reimbursement of up to 25% of the costs for the implementation of the relevant projects.

Conditions for Participation in the Compensation Program

Under the program conditions, agricultural producers can submit applications for partial reimbursement of the costs for:

• the construction or reconstruction of livestock farms and complexes for the keeping of cattle;
• the creation of milking parlors;
• the equipment of facilities for processing by-products of animal origin in cattle breeding.

How to Apply and Who Can Benefit from the Program

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs working in the field of cattle breeding are entitled to compensation. To take advantage of state support, it is necessary to:

1. Register or log into the personal account on the official website www.dar.gov.ua.
2. Find the relevant support program in the “Available Programs” section.
3. Fill out the application form in the established format.

Reimbursement is provided for projects whose construction or reconstruction began after February 24, 2022, and the facilities were put into operation between January 1 and September 30, 2025.
