Before the full-scale war, Svitlana Shchuchak worked in a mine in the Luhansk region. After the occupation of her hometown, Kryshchalove (Krasnyi Luch), she moved with her family to the Zhmerinka community, where she began raising goats and producing natural dairy products.
Production of Natural Dairy Products and Brand Development
At the farm, under Svitlana Shchuchak’s leadership, more than twenty types of cheeses and yogurts are produced, and a separate line of lactose-free products has been developed. The products are sold under their own brand “Tartatski Cheeses,” which stands out for its naturalness, eco-friendliness, and health benefits.
“Recently, our farm welcomed French Lacon sheep. Next year, we plan to produce cheeses from sheep’s milk as well — it’s very tasty and healthy,” said the farm owner.
Diversity of Farm Products
In addition to goats and sheep, the farm also raises quails, which are fed only natural feed and whey. As a result, their eggs are noted for their exceptional nutrition and flavor. Customers also have the opportunity to purchase home-raised chicken eggs.
