Lviv Region: New Shopping and Entertainment Center and Renovation of JYSK Store in Kamianets-Podilskyi

In the Lviv region, at the entrance to the city of Vynnyky, the implementation of an ambitious project for the construction of a new shopping and entertainment center (SEC) is beginning. This modern complex will include a supermarket, various stores, dining establishments, a play area for children, as well as a modern hall for mass events and a large parking area.

It should be noted that currently, residents of Vynnyky have to visit shopping centers located in Lviv and Sokilnyky, as there are no similar facilities in the city. The planned construction will take place on a plot of land approximately 1 hectare in size. The developer of the project is LEV Development. It is expected that construction work will begin in six months, with the project completion and opening of the SEC for visitors scheduled for the second half of 2027.

Renovation of JYSK Store in Kamianets-Podilskyi

At the same time, the international furniture retail chain JYSK continues to expand its presence in Ukraine, having opened a renovated store in Kamianets-Podilskyi in the Khmelnytskyi region. This store underwent a complete reorganization according to the new 3.0 Compact concept. This solution allows for more efficient use of retail space, while the total area of the store remains unchanged: retail space – 845 square meters, warehouse space – 213 square meters.

In the Compact format, JYSK has stores in Kyiv, Lviv, and Hatne (Kyiv region). Such innovations reflect the company’s commitment to adapting to modern market conditions and consumer needs.
