NBU Raises Official Exchange Rate of Dollar, Euro, and Zloty to Hryvnia
The National Bank of Ukraine set new official exchange rates for foreign currencies on October 15. The dollar increased by 14 kopecks and now stands at 41.75 hryvnias per 1 dollar.

According to NBU information, the euro also appreciated — its rate rose by 10 kopecks, reaching 48.23 hryvnias. The Polish zloty added 2 kopecks, settling at 11.31 hryvnias.
“The official rate for October 15 was set at 41.75 UAH per 1 dollar, according to data on the NBU website.”
Exchange Rates at Currency Exchange Points
At currency exchange points, the dollar is sold for an average of 41.6 hryvnias and bought for 42.2 hryvnias. As for the euro, it can be purchased for 49 hryvnias, while it is sold for an average of 48.6 hryvnias.
Thus, all major foreign currencies continue to strengthen their positions against the hryvnia, which affects fluctuations in the currency market in Ukraine.
