NBU Strengthens Hryvnia Exchange Rate Against Dollar and Euro as of October 8
The National Bank of Ukraine has announced new official exchange rates for Wednesday, October 8, according to which the Ukrainian hryvnia continues to show gradual strengthening against major global currencies.

Official Exchange Rates from NBU
According to the updated information from the regulator, the official exchange rate of the US dollar is set at 41.32 hryvnias per dollar. This means that the hryvnia has strengthened by 2 kopecks compared to the previous value.
At the same time, the exchange rate of the euro is fixed at 48.17 hryvnias per euro. Thus, the national currency of Ukraine has strengthened its position against the European currency by 10 kopecks.
Exchange Rate Dynamics on the Interbank Market
On the interbank currency market of Ukraine, by 16:00, the quotations of the hryvnia against the dollar were 41.32/41.35 UAH per dollar. In relation to the euro, trading occurred within the range of 48.19/48.21 UAH per euro.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro is set at 48.17 UAH/euro.
The strengthening of the hryvnia in the currency market indicates the relative stability of the national currency in October 2025.
