A New Industrial Park ‘Nosivskiy Hospodarstva’ Established in Chernihiv Region

A new industrial park ‘Nosivskiy Hospodarstva’ has been established in the Chernihiv region, officially registered in the Register of Industrial Parks. The decision was made by the government, with the Nosivka City Council as the initiator of its creation.

Scale and Prospects of the Industrial Park

The park is located in the city of Nosivka in the Nizhyn district. Its area covers 14.1651 hectares. The project is expected to operate for 30 years. The main goal of creating the park is to stimulate the economic development of the region, particularly by opening approximately 700 new jobs in the manufacturing sector.

To implement the project, nearly 716 million hryvnias in investments from various sources are planned to be attracted. According to the development concept, funding will come from the initiator’s own funds, investments from the managing company, state support, private investments, as well as contributions from future park participants and other interested parties. At the initial stage, the Nosivka City Council intends to invest 0.5 million hryvnias from its own budget.

Main Areas of Activity of the Park

The ‘Nosivskiy Hospodarstva’ area is planned to host enterprises in the following sectors:

• food production;
• alternative energy;
• scientific and technical activities.
