New Industrial Parks and Modern Processing Enterprises Open in Ukraine

Ukraine is launching large-scale investment projects in the industrial sector, which involve the creation of new industrial parks and the launch of modern manufacturing and processing enterprises in various regions of the country.

New Industrial Park in Chernihiv Region

The Cabinet of Ministers has registered the 114th industrial park named “Nosivski Hospodarstva” in the Chernihiv region. The area of this industrial site exceeds 14 hectares, and total investments in the project will reach nearly ₴716 million. The park is planned to host enterprises in the fields of food production, alternative energy, and scientific and technical activities. The project is expected to create approximately 700 new jobs in the processing industry. To launch the industrial park, the Nosivka City Council will allocate ₴500,000 for initial funding.

Investments in Fish Processing and Sale of Industrial Properties

In Poltava region, within the Smart Tech Industry industrial park, the construction of a modern fish processing complex is planned, designed for a capacity of 3,000 tons of products per year. The new enterprise will specialize in the cultivation of salmon species and will provide a full cycle of raw material processing. Fresh and frozen fillets, minced fish, and other fish products will be produced here. After the production launch, up to 500 workers will be able to find employment.

Additionally, in Cherkasy region, the industrial complex of the former “Irkliivskyi Maslosyrzavod” with an area of over 5,200 square meters is up for sale. The starting price of the facility with developed engineering infrastructure is ₴10.9 million.
