Official Exchange Rate of the Dollar and Euro on October 3: Hryvnia Weakens Again
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rates for Friday, October 3, 2025. The hryvnia continues to lose ground against major foreign currencies.

Hryvnia Exchange Rate Against the Dollar and Euro
According to updated data, the official exchange rate of the US dollar is set at 41.28 hryvnias per dollar. Compared to the previous day, the national currency has depreciated by 6 kopecks.
Against the euro, the hryvnia has also weakened. The official exchange rate of the European currency on October 3 is set at 48.50 hryvnias per euro. Thus, the hryvnia has lost 13 kopecks against the euro.
Dynamics in the Interbank Market
In the interbank currency market of Ukraine, by 16:00, the exchange rates for the hryvnia against the dollar were 41.16/41.19 UAH per dollar, and against the euro – 48.43/48.46 UAH per euro.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro is set at 48.50 UAH/euro.
The currency market remains sensitive to external and internal economic factors, which affect the exchange rate dynamics of the hryvnia.
