On the night of December 2, Russian forces launched an attack on one of the energy facilities in the Odesa region. As a result of the shelling, some residents of the region were left without electricity supply.

According to operational information, energy workers managed to quickly reconnect about 8,000 households to power through backup systems. However, over 36,000 families remain temporarily without electricity while repair work is ongoing.
