Russia Strikes Energy Infrastructure in Odesa Region
As a result of yet another attack by the Russian Federation on the energy infrastructure of the Odesa region, some residents have been left without electricity. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

Damage and Emergency Recovery Work
Russian strikes caused fires at energy facilities and led to power outages for some consumers. Currently, work is ongoing at the affected sites to eliminate the consequences and restore energy supply for the population and businesses.

Power Supply Restrictions and the Situation in the Izmail District
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00, schedules for rolling power outages will be in effect in certain regions of Ukraine. During this period, industrial enterprises must reduce consumption to specified limits due to the introduction of power restrictions.
The Izmail District State Administration clarified that on the night of November 4, the aggressor heavily shelled the energy and port infrastructure of the Izmail district. Despite the effective work of air defense forces, which destroyed most enemy targets, hits were recorded on civilian, port, and energy infrastructure facilities. As a result of the attacks, fires broke out, and some consumers were left without electricity.
