Several New Shopping and Entertainment Centers to Open in Lviv by 2026
Over the next two years, a number of modern shopping and entertainment centers are set to open in various districts of Lviv. Among the new facilities are compact shopping malls located in residential neighborhoods, as well as multifunctional complexes featuring cinemas, swimming pools, and leisure areas.

New Shopping Malls and Multifunctional Complexes in Lviv
In the third quarter of 2025, the opening of the Galas shopping mall is planned, with an area exceeding 13,000 square meters. This center is aimed at residents of the surrounding areas and offers a wide range of shopping and entertainment options.
At the same time, the multifunctional complex Washington City will combine residential buildings, a business center, public spaces, and a shopping mall, with a rental area of 18,300 square meters. This will provide local residents with access to all necessary services within one space.
Another project, the Cinematic shopping mall, is being constructed as part of a new residential complex and will cover an area of 6,805 square meters. It will create comfortable conditions for shopping and leisure for the residents of the neighborhood.
Opening of Large Facilities on the Outskirts of the City
On the ring road of Lviv, near the village of Vynnyky, a new shopping center called Road Park is planned to open by 2026. Its area will reach 9,960 square meters, primarily targeting motorists and residents of suburban communities. The project aims to create modern infrastructure for shopping and leisure on the outskirts of Lviv.
However, the largest among the new projects is the Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center, which will have an area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The opening of this facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
