The Income and Profits of Ukraine’s Construction Industry Leaders Significantly Increased in 2024

The ten leading companies in Ukraine’s construction sector generated a combined income of over ₴49 billion in 2024, which is 41% higher than the same figure from last year. Meanwhile, the total profit of these market leaders rose by 60%, amounting to ₴3.09 billion.

The Major Share of Income Comes from Road Construction

The majority — about 75% or ₴36.9 billion — was provided by five companies specializing in road construction. Another four companies, involved in residential and non-residential construction, accounted for 20% of the total income. One company in the ranking is engaged in exploratory drilling, which is a narrow specialized field.

The Top Three Market Leaders and Their Financial Results

For three consecutive years, stability has been maintained in the top three rankings of the construction industry. The absolute leader remains the company “Avtomagistral-Pivden” from Odesa, which generated ₴13.2 billion in income in 2024 — this is 27% of the total figure among the top companies, and also 60% more than in 2023. Its profit reached a record ₴1.36 billion.

In second place is the Vinnytsia company “Avtostrada” with an income of ₴10.8 billion, which is 30% more than last year. The company’s profit increased by 60% to ₴74.6 million. In third place is the Odesa company “Rostdorstroy,” which increased its income by 15% (to ₴6.85 billion), although its profit decreased by 25%.

In fourth and fifth places in the ranking are ONUR Construction International and Ateliers de France, respectively.
