The State Property Fund sold the office of ‘Ukrmetrotunnelproekt’ in Kyiv for 70 million UAH, new auctions are already scheduled

The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully sold the sole property complex of the state enterprise ‘Project Institute Ukrmetrotunnelproekt’ in Kyiv. During the auction held last week, the initial price of the lot increased by 240% and reached a winning sum of 70 million UAH. As a result of the bidding, the victory was claimed by the company ‘KUA “Portofin”’, which acted in the interests of the firm ‘DZDIPİ Profit’. The total amount to be paid by the buyer, including VAT, is 84 million UAH.

Privatization Conditions and Object Characteristics

The new owner is required to settle a debt of 34.11 million UAH and ensure the preservation of jobs for seven employees for at least six months after the completion of the deal. The ‘Ukrmetrotunnelproekt’ complex consists of two premises with a total area of 759.4 and 1672 square meters.

New Auctions: List of Lots for Upcoming Dates

This week, the State Property Fund plans to hold 31 auctions for the privatization of various objects. Among the most significant lots is the enterprise ‘Ukrnaftoprodukt’ in Kyiv with a starting price of over 18.8 million UAH, as well as the ‘Dnipro Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management’ in Dnipro, which has a starting price of 1.17 million UAH.

At the beginning of next week, an auction is scheduled for the sale of the operating ‘Zarubynskyi Distillery’. Its starting price is set at 155.99 million UAH. Additionally, on November 4, there will be bidding for the sale of the ‘Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Production Plant’, with a starting price of 151.9 million UAH.
