TOP-3 Cities in Ukraine with the Highest Rent Prices in November 2025

Uzhhorod currently remains the leader among cities in Ukraine in terms of rental housing costs. The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment here in November 2025 is 19,900 hryvnias per month. Over the past six months, rental prices in Uzhhorod have increased by 6%.

Lviv and Kyiv: Highest Prices After Uzhhorod

In second place among the most expensive cities for renting housing is Lviv, where the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment has reached 17,500 hryvnias. This is a 5% increase compared to the middle of the year. Kyiv ranks third, with an average price of 17,000 hryvnias per month. However, over the past six months, rental rates in the capital have decreased by 6%.

Growth Dynamics and Cheapest Cities

The most rapid increase in rental prices has been recorded in Ivano-Frankivsk — here the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment has risen by 17% and currently stands at 16,000 hryvnias per month.

The lowest rental prices are observed in the following cities:

  • Kharkiv — 4,500 hryvnias (a 13% increase over six months)
  • Zaporizhzhia — 5,000 hryvnias
  • <li Mykolaiv — 6,000 hryvnias

  • Sumy — 6,500 hryvnias (a 28% decrease)
