Ukraine Attracts Over 187 Million UAH from Privatization of State Property: Sale of Large Enterprises Planned
The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully conducted five auctions for the sale of state-owned assets from December 1 to 5, which allowed the state budget to be replenished by 187.42 million UAH. Among the assets sold, the highest price was achieved by the “Lviv Liquor and Vodka Plant,” which was sold for 176.79 million UAH.

New Auctions: Sale of Historical and Industrial Properties
In December, the team at the State Property Fund plans to hold another 30 online auctions for privatization. One of the key lots will be the Slavuta Plant “Budfarfor” in the Khmelnytskyi region, which is already 115 years old. The new auction for this plant will take place on December 10. The starting price is 207.6 million UAH. The complex consists of 38 real estate objects, and the total area of the buildings exceeds 80 thousand square meters. The enterprise was founded in 1909 and has long specialized in the production of porcelain sanitary ceramics.

Kalush Pipe Plant and “Eurotrubplast” Preparing for Sale
An auction for the sale of the Kalush Pipe Plant is also scheduled for December 23. The starting price for the enterprise is 136.5 million UAH (excluding VAT). On the same day, the sale of the managing company “Trading House ‘Eurotrubplast'” will take place — its starting price is 54.2 million UAH. Both assets were previously owned by a Russian oligarch. The Kalush plant specializes in the production of pipes and profiles made of plastic, with an annual capacity of over 25 thousand tons of plastic pipes.
