New Routes and Schedule Expansion

With the start of the summer season, the number of trains connecting Kyiv with Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Uzhhorod, Yasinia, and Odesa will significantly increase. Among the new routes, it is worth highlighting train No. 228/227 Ivano-Frankivsk – Kramatorsk, which will operate every other day. The train will depart from Ivano-Frankivsk at 21:52 and arrive in Kramatorsk at 18:28, while the return trip will leave Kramatorsk at 19:20 and arrive in Ivano-Frankivsk at 16:45.

Trains No. 283/284 Kyiv – Uzhhorod (via Lviv) and No. 203/204 Kyiv – Yasinia will operate every other day, improving connections with eastern Transcarpathia.

“In the summer season of 2025, Ukrzaliznytsia has planned 18 pairs of additional trains, some of which are already in the schedule, while others will be appointed through separate decisions, which we will announce additionally.”

Currently, 11 trains are available in the summer schedule, which will be appointed through separate decisions. The launch of Intercity+ train No. 739/740 Kyiv – Kryvyi Rih is planned, as well as an additional train No. 208/207 Odesa – Vinnytsia in case of increased passenger flow.

If necessary, the company is ready to quickly introduce additional services on specific dates: No. 159/160 Kyiv – Truskavets, No. 167/168 Lviv – Odesa, No. 213/214 Kyiv – Uzhhorod, No. 239/240 Kyiv – Kamianets-Podilskyi, No. 263/264 Kyiv – Odesa, No. 265/266 Kyiv – Odesa, No. 291/292 Kyiv – Lviv, No. 761/762 Kyiv – Odesa, No. 777/778 Kyiv – Lviv.

The routes of trains No. 125/126 Poltava – Mukachevo and No. 129/130 Kremenchuk – Mukachevo have also been changed, providing residents of Poltava and Kremenchuk with direct transport connections to Vinnytsia, Zhmerinka, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil.

The increased demand on the Kyiv – Lviv – Kyiv route has led to the addition of extra carriages to transit trains. For passengers, train No. 79/80 “Sicheslav” Dnipro – Lviv is designated, departing from Kyiv at 06:08 and arriving in Lviv at 13:01, while the return trip departs from Lviv at 14:50 and arrives in Kyiv at 21:49. These routes will use branded first-class carriages, including SV category (if necessary on specific dates) and compartments. All carriages are equipped with air conditioning, and the compartment carriages will operate in a seated mode, without sleeping arrangements.
