In 2025, meteorologists predict an average monthly temperature ranging from 21.6 to 26°C. In the Carpathians, these figures will fluctuate between 17 and 19°C, which is 2 to 2.5°C above the long-term climatic norm for this period.
According to an analysis of long-term observations, the average air temperature in July typically ranges from 19 to 24.8°C, while in mountainous areas it is between 13 and 18°C. The absolute minimum temperature can drop to 2 to 9°C above zero, and in the southern regions and Crimea, it can reach 10 to 13°C. In the high-altitude areas of the Carpathians, temperatures may range from 2°C above zero to -1°C.

This year, the average monthly temperature in July is expected to be between 21.6 and 26°C (17 to 19°C in the Carpathians), which is 2 to 2.5°C above normal.

In the southeastern regions, this figure may be even lower, ranging from 23 to 36 mm.
The absolute maximum air temperature in July reaches 33.4 to 39.6°C, while in the southern, eastern, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia regions, and Crimea, it may locally reach 40 to 41.6°C. In mountainous areas, maximum temperatures are recorded between 27 and 37°C.
