Fixed Tariffs from Gas Suppliers in November
According to the moratorium approved by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, gas tariffs for households will remain stable until the end of the martial law period. The largest supplier of blue fuel, the company “Naftogaz,” which serves 98% of Ukrainian consumers, offers a “Fixed” tariff of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter of gas. This tariff will be in effect at least until April 30, 2025.
Other gas supply companies have set the following tariffs for their customers:
- LLC “Energy Trade Group” – 7.799 UAH per cubic meter (commercial offer – 9.977 UAH per cubic meter);
- LLC “Ternopiloblgas Zbut” – 7.96 UAH per cubic meter;
- LLC “Prikarpat Energo Trade” – 7.98 UAH per cubic meter;
- LLC “Galnaftogaz” PP “Okko Contract” – 7.99 UAH per cubic meter;

“Gas tariffs must remain unchanged until the end of the martial law period due to the moratorium approved by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.”
Who Can Be Exempt from Payment
In November, gas consumers who did not use blue fuel and submitted zero meter readings are not required to pay for the gas consumed. Additionally, homeowners whose properties have been destroyed or significantly damaged to the extent that living in them is impossible may be exempt from paying for gas and its delivery. To do this, it is necessary to contact the supplier company with the appropriate application.
