Artificial Intelligence in ‘Diia’: Speed and Convenience
The introduction of the digital agent was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, who emphasized that the main goal of this innovation is to enhance the efficiency of the service. According to the minister, “AI in ‘Diia’ will answer questions like the people working in the contact center. By helping citizens access services, we will be able to save a lot of money, while also providing quality service.” This technology will allow the state to optimize costs and provide users with modern and accessible support.
New Opportunities for Citizens with Artificial Intelligence
At the initial stage, the digital agent will respond to questions such as “Where can I find the nearest CNAP?” or help users find out how to obtain a particular service, and whether it is available online. In the future, developers plan to expand the functionality so that users can assign tasks to the AI agent and receive services without entering additional data – similar to popular chatbots like ChatGPT.
In the long run, the artificial intelligence on the ‘Diia’ portal will not only be able to find the necessary documents and services but also communicate with users verbally, making the interaction process with government services even simpler and more convenient. Such innovations will contribute to the further digitalization of administrative procedures in Ukraine.
