Ukrainian Drone Manufacturers Expand Investments and Launch Serial Production
The domestic FPV drone manufacturer TAF Drones has undergone rebranding, changing its name to TAF Industries, and initiated the creation of a holding structure. From now on, TAF Industries serves as the parent company, uniting five enterprises in the fields of FPV drone production, reconnaissance drones, electronic warfare systems, component imports, and software development.

TAF Industries Actively Invests in DefenceTech Companies
Since mid-2023, TAF Industries has directed over $6 million towards acquiring stakes in various DefenceTech companies. The company’s plans include signing two more investment agreements by the end of the current year. In addition to acquiring stakes, TAF Industries will also purchase small manufacturing facilities, using them as contractors to expand its own capabilities.
Wild Hornets and Swarmer: Serial Production and Venture Investments
The company Wild Hornets has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in launching serial production of interceptor drones STING and has opened a training center where operator training lasts up to three days. In four months, STING drones have helped shoot down over 1,000 enemy UAVs, with nearly half of the incidents recorded in October. Each month, the enterprise produces thousands of new devices.
The Ukrainian startup Swarmer, which is developing swarm drone technology, has received funding of $500,000 from the new syndicate Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund. This investment marks the first deal for the Oppenheimer Syndicate. Previously, Swarmer attracted an additional $15 million in investments.
