Alebor Group to Acquire Company with a Land Bank of 6,000 Hectares in Central Ukraine
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted permission to one of the companies associated with the founder of Alebor Group to acquire an agricultural firm that is part of the Agroprosperis holding. This holding has a primary investor — the American multinational group NCH Capital. According to the regulator’s decision, the company “Breeding Plant Ukraine” has received the right to acquire “Latagroinvest,” which was previously part of Agroprosperis. Among the ultimate beneficiaries of the buyer is Oleksiy Kustov, who is the founder and main owner of Alebor Group.

According to expert estimates, the value of this deal may exceed 10 million dollars. “Latagroinvest” owns 6,050 hectares of agricultural land located in the Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions. The enterprise specializes in the cultivation of grain and industrial crops, making it one of the key assets of Agroprosperis in the central region of Ukraine. This area is characterized by high demand for productive agricultural land and advantageous logistics.
