Ministry of Economy Allocates Nearly 876 Million UAH to Support the Processing Industry
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has approved 157 new applications for grant support for processing industry enterprises, with a total amount of nearly 876 million UAH.

Increase in State Support
As emphasized by Deputy Minister Andriy Telyupa, such a number of approved applications within one stage is unprecedented for the domestic grant assistance program. Now, enterprises must meet the co-financing conditions by contributing their own share of funds for project implementation.
“The program has never seen such a number of approved applications in one round. Now the ball is in the entrepreneurs’ court — they need to meet the co-financing condition and contribute their own share of funds.”
Since the beginning of 2025, the ministry has already approved 538 grant applications totaling approximately 2.9 billion UAH, which is 41% higher than the figures for the same period last year.
Who Will Receive Funding
The grant support will cover various sectors of the processing industry. In particular, beneficiaries will include furniture factories, elevator manufacturers, mining enterprises, metallurgy, rubber industry, drone manufacturing companies, food production, printing materials, construction materials, and textile products.
Fifteen applications totaling 106.8 million UAH will be financed directly by the Ministry of Economy, while the rest will be forwarded to the State Employment Service for processing.
Special attention is warranted for twelve projects aimed at restoring equipment damaged or destroyed due to attacks by the Russian Federation. Four of these applications are vying for the maximum grant amount — 16 million UAH each. The funds received will support machine-building and metalworking plants, producers of construction materials, food products, furniture, and digital equipment.
The dynamics of application submission and approval indicate the readiness of domestic businesses to invest in production even in conditions of instability. Real state support encourages entrepreneurs to develop production potential, which will positively impact the overall economic situation.
